Feeding Firefighters 2020

Since 2016, we have been delivering lunches to 2 lucky fire stations within the City of Mobile Fire Rescue Department.  In 2019, we were proud to expand the program to include all of the municipalities in the greater Mobile area.  Each month, in addition to our 2 city fire stations, we deliver lunch to one lucky station in either Saraland, Satsuma, Chickasaw, Prichard or Semmes.  We are so honored to be able to show these brave men and women a token of our appreciation for all that they do.  In addition to saying thank you, we get to build relationships with some of the greatest hometown heroes around.  Thank you for allowing SERVPRO of Mobile to serve you!

Friday at the Firehouse 2018

In 2018, SERVPRO of Mobile County partnered with the City of Mobile Fire Rescue Department to host Friday at the Firehouse.  This new event began out of a desire to introduce our community to our brave first responders and show them around the stations.  As we tend to people's homes after fire damage, we have a desire to give back to other organizations that help victims of fire as well.   In the past we have hosted charity events to benefit the USA Hospitals Arnold Luterman Burn Center.  We also developed Feeding Firefighters back in 2016 to give back to firefighters.  Through this program we take lunch to 2 lucky stations each month in the Greater Mobile Area.  Friday at the Firehouse was a natural progression and we love taking part in these fun events during the summer.  We look forward to making this an annual event that continues for many more years to come!

ADSFR 2018 in Dauphin Island, AL

The Alabama Deep Sea Fishing Rodeo is huge event that has deep roots in Mobile's history.  Each year thousands of people make their way to the tiny beach community of Dauphin Island for a weekend of fishing and fun!  The iconic event is the largest fishing tournament in the world according to the Guinness Book of World Records.  Anything that big and that ingrained in our community was a must for us.  In 2018, we were the Master Angler Sponsor and enjoyed the great opportunity to get to know so many new people within our community. We also got to set up a booth in the "tent" which was a great way to see even more new faces!

Crawfish for a Cause 2017

Each year, we host a charity event to benefit a deserving local community organization. The event originated from a desire to give back to organizations that help those affected by fire.  It began as a humble crawfish boil at a local restaurant in 2014 with about 75 of our friends and neighbors.  Since then, this event has grown from a simple dinner to a whole day of entertainment for the entire family.  In 2018, we surpassed 300 in attendance and raised $12,000 to benefit University Hospital's Arnold Luterman Burn Center.  We are so grateful to be able to sponsor this amazing event each year and we look forward to continued growth in the future.

Boo at Bellingrath

At SERVPRO of Mobile we love taking part in community events throughout the greater Mobile area. One of our favorite events that we have participated in is Boo at Bellingrath.  This annual event is held at Bellingrath Gardens and it truly is a great morning of family fun.  Kids of all ages come out in their costumes and make their way through the gardens trick or treating at tables set up by area businesses.  We love handing out candy and seeing all of the adorable costumes.  We are so thankful to be able to serve the members of our community when it comes to fire and water damage and we love events like these that allow us to get to know our community members even better!

Touch A Truck in Mobile, AL

At SERVPRO of Mobile County, we are dedicated to giving back to our community.  Not only do charity and community events give us the chance to have a positive impact on the areas we serve, but they are also a great opportunity to stand behind causes we believe in.  One event that we have participated in over the years that is near and dear to our hearts is Touch A Truck.  This amazing event brings together local business and civic organizations to benefit USA Mitchell Cancer Center and Adoption Rocks.  This family friendly experience allows children of all ages to explore a variety of trucks and get to know a little more about what purposes all the different vehicles serve within our community.  In this photo, SERVPRO of Mobile County owner Christopher Mayhall, gives one of our young visitors a tutorial on using a carpet want to clean a rug.

Open House 2016

In 2016, we held our official open house to welcome clients, customers and area professionals to tour our newly renovated facilities.  The event was not only an opportunity to welcome guests with food and drink, but it was a great networking event.  We were honored to have the Mayor of Mobile, Sandy Stimpson attend.  Here he is pictured with Ray Mayhall (L) and Christopher Mayhall (R).

Crawfish for a Cause 2017

Our annual charity event, Crawfish for a Cause 2017 certainly did not disappoint.  We would like to say thank you to all of our sponsors and all of those who attended.  Through sponsor funds, silent auction donations and ticket sales, we raised over $12,000 for University Hospital's Arnold Luterman Regional Burn Center.  Each year, we have watched this event grow and 2017 was no different!  We love being able to give back to this amazing facility that provides such life-saving care not only to the Mobile area but along the entire Gulf Coast.  We are looking forward to many more years of this fun event!
