T.John Mayhall

T.John is Co-Owner of SERVPRO of Mobile County. After receiving a B. S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, T. John made it his life’s work to help businesses build, grow and succeed.  He worked in a variety of industries before purchasing the SERVPRO franchise in 2016.  T. John saw this as a great opportunity to become a part of an amazing company and join his father and brother in the industry.  He holds certifications in Water Restoration, Lead Paint Renovation and Advanced Structural Drying.  T. John believes the key to a successful business is superior customer service and developing strong customer relationships.  He is dedicated to building a franchise that strives for continuous improvement to ensure that our customers’ expectations are always surpassed. T. John loves spending his free time with family and friends.  He can be found cooking for them, fishing, and spending time on the water.

Christopher Mayhall

Co-Owner of SERVPRO of Mobile County, Christopher Mayhall, has been a part of the SERVPRO franchise for nearly 10 years now.  He received his B. S. in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.  Christopher is IICRC Certified in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, Applied Structural Drying and Fire and Smoke Remediation.  He also holds a Builder/Remodeler Unlimited License.  As co-owner of SERVPRO of Mobile County, his favorite aspects of the job are helping his employees grow as individuals and putting his boots on the ground as a First Responder when a local community need arises. When he isn’t working, Christopher spends most of his time with his wife and 4 children, boating and getting together with his large extended family.

Sherri Marlin

Sherri Marlin, a Sales and Marketing Representative with SERVPRO of Mobile County, began her career in the restoration industry more than 35 years ago.  She is a member of various professional organizations including PEP (Partners for Environmental Progress), Saraland Chamber of Commerce, Chickasaw Chamber of Commerce, Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce and Semmes Chamber of Commerce.  Sherri holds her IICRC WRT (Water Restoration Technician) Certification as well as a number of certifications through SERVPRO including: Crew Training, Water Damage, Fire Damage and Carpet/Upholstery Cleaning.  She has also completed the SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program.  She says the best part about being an SMR is getting to spend so much time in the field interacting with all of her terrific clients. “It is so rewarding to get to share new information regarding our industry.  They truly appreciate learning more about what we do and all of the latest and greatest advancements.”  In her free time Sherri enjoys Alabama Football, hanging out by her pool and spending time with her family.

Kacie Minchew

Kacie has been a part of the SERVPRO family for nearly 11 years now.  During her time with SERVPRO, Kacie has travelled all over the country assisting with storm events and handled numerous large losses.  She recently took on the role of Operations Manager at SERVPRO of Mobile County.  Kacie has undergone extensive training and holds multiple certifications including: OSHA 30, Journeyman Water Restorer, Master Water Restorer, Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Carpet Cleaning, Carpet Repair and Installation, and Upholstery and Fabric Cleaning.  She enjoys her job and getting to meet new customers and face new challenges each day.  Kacie says helping clients during a very stressful situation is the most rewarding aspect of being an Operations Manager.  When she isn’t working, Kacie is and avid movie watcher who enjoys relaxing at home and binging on Netflix.

Stephanie Young

Stephanie Young graduated from the University of South Alabama with a B. A. in Communication and Marketing.  She worked in the financial industry and as a copywriter before joining the SERVPRO team.  Stephanie has over six years of experience in the industry and has spent the last six of those with SERVPRO as a Marketing Support Coordinator.  She is extremely invested in the creative aspects of her position and devotes much of her time towards the design and development of marketing materials.  When she isn’t working, Stephanie spends her time with her husband and two children hunting, fishing, and enjoying the outdoors.

Erica Goleman

Erica Goleman, a Production Manager at SERVPRO of Mobile, has been with the company for 3 years.  During that time, her work ethic and drive helped her transition from a crew member, to a crew lead and finally, Production Manager.  Erica is IICRC Certified in Fire and Smoke Restoration, Water Restoration and Carpet Cleaning.  Previously, Erica worked as a retail manager 7 years.  She also spent 4 years working with a laundry company that specialized in restoration work and this is what peaked her interest in SERVPRO. Erica says she truly loves what she does and the new opportunities that each day brings.  When not working, she spends her free time caring for her 3 boys.

Eva Rebhorn

Eva Rebhorn is the Receptionist at SERVPRO of Mobile County.  Her background in Customer Service made her a perfect fit for our team.  Eva loves what she does because she truly feels like she is helping people and making a difference.  When not at work, Eva enjoys spending time with her children and family.

Danielle Radecki

Danielle Radecki, Office Manager at SERVPRO of Mobile County, has been with the company since 2018.  She says that she enjoys what she does because every day brings new challenges and she is constantly learning something new.  It is also a pleasure to work with such a great group of people.    Outside of work, Danielle spends her free time cooking, reading or with her family.

Sandy Osborn

Sandy Osborn, a Job File Coordinator (JFC) with SERVPRO of Mobile County, has over 10 years of experience in the SERVPRO system.  The aspect she likes most about her position is being there to help people when they are going through stressful or confusing situations.  She enjoys guiding the customers through the process and helping them get their lives back to some sense of normalcy.  When she has a chance to get out of the office Sandy spends most of her time outdoors with her family fishing, swimming and camping.

Kelsi Reed

Kelsi Reed, a Job File Coordinator (JFC) with SERVPRO of Mobile County has been with the company since 2018.  She is a graduate of Satsuma High School and previously worked in the office at a local tire company before coming to SERVPRO.  Kelsi enjoys being a JFC because she gets to help people in times of crisis and relieve some of the burdens that come from working with their insurance company.  She is also inspired by her amazing coworkers who strive each day to be better than they were yesterday.  When Kelsi isn’t focusing on work, she is focused on spending time with her family and enjoying life!

Christian Collier

Christian Collier, a Production Manager with SERVPRO of Mobile County, has been in the mitigation/restoration industry for nearly 4 years now.  Christian attended Bryant High School in Mobile and he is a graduate of Bishop State Community College.  He is IICRC certified in Water Restoration and Advanced Structural Drying.  Christian is a member of AMSE (American Society of Mechanical Engineers), AWS (American Welding Society) and the Safety Council.  Christian’s says his favorite aspect of his job is getting to meet new people and help them when they need it.

Chrissie Gossard

Chrissie Gossard joined the SERVRPO of Mobile County team as a Sales and Marketing Representative in 2019.  She brought with her a wealth of experience having spent nearly 15 years as an Office Manager/Coordinator with Coca-Cola.  Chrissie has completed the HeroReady Training Program and holds a Continuing Education Advanced Certificate from Columbus Technical College.   She loves being a representative a company that delivers proven services from a team of knowledgeable professionals who make life’s disasters manageable.  “I like offering clients services to help them work through a difficult event.  We have so many satisfied customers that we have helped, and we know we can provide solutions for any eventuality. Simply put, we are here to help them in anyway.”  Chrissie serves the community as an active participant and volunteer with the American Cancer Society, United Way, Mobile Baykeeper and the Fuze Project.  Chrissie enjoys spending time with her husband Scott working on DIY projects, relaxing by the pool and burying their toes in the sand.

Nikki Seabrook

Nikki Seabrook, Assistant Office Manager, has been a part of the SERVPRO of Mobile County team for more than 5 years now.  During that time, she has constantly focused on expanding her training and knowledge of the industry.  Nikki has attained her IICRC Certification in Water Restoration, Carpet Cleaning and Trauma and Crime Scene Cleanup.  When she isn’t working, Nikki is likes to spend most of her time with family and friends.  She also enjoys crafting, gardening, kayaking, fishing and anything outdoors.

Courtney Miles

Courtney Miles is an Reconstruction Administrative Assistant with SERVPRO of Mobile County.  She loves being part of a great team that makes her feel valued as an employee. Courtney says the best part of her job is being part of a process that helps make hard situations better for our clients.  Outside of work, Courtney enjoys listening to podcasts and finding ways to express her creativity.

Lee Osborn

Lee Osborn has years of experience in the industry. He joined the SERVPRO of Mobile County team as a Reconstruction Project Manager in 2019.  He is IICRC Certified in Water Restoration, Fire and Smoke Restoration and Advanced Structural Drying.  Lee’s favorite aspect of his job is helping customers in their time of need.  He enjoys the satisfaction that comes from helping get their home/business back in shape after a loss. “It is so gratifying to watch a job go from disaster back to preloss condition.”  Outside of work, Lee enjoys being with family and friends, playing with his dogs and fishing.

Wally McGallagher

Wally McGallagher is a Construction Project Developer with SERVPRO of Mobile County. He joined the team in 2020, bringing with him a wealth of training and experience.  Wally holds his OSHA 20 Certification, as well as his IICRC Certification in Water Restoration and Fire and Smoke Restoration and he is an HAAG Certified Roofing Inspector.  Wally enjoys working with SERVPRO because of the variety of jobs he gets to work on and the camaraderie with his coworkers.  The most rewarding part of his position is being able to help customers navigate the construction process and get back in their finished homes.  When he isn’t working, you can find Wally fishing, hunting or completing construction projects around his own home.

Logan Gibbons

Logan Gibbons is a Water Crew Leader with over 8 years of experience in the Water Restoration industry.  Before coming to SERVPRO of Mobile County, he also worked in Fire Restoration, Chemical Cleanup, Scaffolding, Maintenance and as a Lift Operator.  Logan says his favorite part about the work that he does is the gratitude from customers after seeing a job completed to their satisfaction.  When he isn’t working, Logan enjoys spending time with his family, playing video games, hunting and fishing.

Pat Moss

Pat Moss, our in-house Textile Cleaning Expert, has been with SERVPRO of Mobile County since 2017.  She is responsible for all of our Esporta textile cleaning jobs and handles every one from start to finish.  When it comes to her work, she enjoys listening to clients and their story.  Outside of work, you can still find Pat cleaning at her own home.  When she finds a free moment, she enjoys catching up on a little sleep or shopping.

Haley Platt

Haley Platt has been with SERVPRO of Mobile County since 2018.  As a Fire Crew Leader, she works closely with her team on Fire and Soot Cleanup, Biohazard Cleanup and Carpet Cleaning.  Haley says the best part of her job is working with customers and seeing how happy they are when you complete a job.  When she isn’t working, Haley enjoys spending time with family and friends and camping.
