Each time you call you get routed to a different person and often left with more questions than answers. At SERVPRO of Mobile County, we understand how frustrating the customer service merry-go-round can be. As part of our commitment to customer service excellence, we promise you will never have to wonder who to ask for when you have questions or concerns during the job process. At the onset of each job, you will be assigned a Job File Coordinator to guide you throughout the entire process. They will be your one point of contact, always available to answer any questions or address any concerns you may have. Your JFC will act as an intermediary between you and the insurance company. They will coordinate directly with your insurance provider to ensure the job process runs smoothly. One on one service…just one more way we fulfill our promise to “Go the Extra Mile”.
